Deposit & Cancellations
To confirm your reservation, a 50 percent deposit is required. The full amount is taken on one night stays. Guests are responsible for all nights they reserve.
In the event you must cancel your reservation, notice must reach our office at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival to guarantee a refund of your deposit minus a $15 processing fee. If you are within the 15 day time frame, you will receive a gift certificate for a future stay.
Minimum Night Stay
There is a three night minimum stay on all Festival & Holiday Weekends.

Check In Time: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 10:30 a.m. There are additional costs for late check outs.
Rates based on Double Occupancy. $10/Additional Adult
Rates do not include tax.
